In this little space on my blog I decided to talk a little bit about the person behind the scenes.. My name is Jay and I'm a 24 year old Christian, college student, and over all beauty and fashion lover. Although I don't look it, I am Spanish and proud of it. If I was to describe myself to others I would say I'm a very positive, bubbly, upbeat, and fun person. I like to play with makeup and see what's trending when it comes to the fashion world. I've only recently noticed during my college journey that I would love a job in the beauty and fashion industry. It's much more than a hobby of mine - it's a passion. I truly enjoy learning more and being involved with anything that has to do with cosmetology or clothing. I decided after many years of debating what I wanted to do as far as a career goes, that I would take the route of the beauty and fashion industry. Although I don't exactly know what I would like my career to be, it gives me peace of mind that I know where to look when I do. You know how the saying goes, "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life".
As you would guess, Blissful Beauty Bird is my outlet on my thoughts of anything beauty and fashion related maybe even some lifestyle thrown in there. I'm not a beauty professional or fashion expert by any means, this is just a place where I can share my new favorite products or outfit ideas with others. I would love this blog to be able to help someone in some way or just give them a good ol' read.
